Keys to Successful Execution

The keys to successful execution are an ability to direct what needs to be done, the leadership to influence people to do it, and then the resolve to keep going when it gets tough and to hold people’s feet to the fire on their commitments and performance. In other words, there is no magic formula, and it takes a lot of leadership, influence, and persistance.
